Casks: Aged for 6 years & 3 months in two 2nd fill bourbon Quartercasks
Finish: 12 months in one 1st fill PX Hogshead cask
Taste: Citrus and vanilla from the Bourbon casks, along with a rich oily sweetness from the PX cask (Pedro Ximénez). Dried fruits and caramelized nuts in fine balance between the influence of the PX cask and Fary Lochan's character, with a touch of our nettle smoke.
